Chandigarh University Open and Distance Learning (ODL)

CU strives to achieve excellence in ODL through the use of a Learning Management System (LMS), which is a technology interface between CU and its students. By various means, the university wants to render good-quality education, which is affordable and convenient for one and all.

While using the LMS, students can access their faculties, virtual classrooms, curriculum and interactive sessions, among others, with a single click of the mouse. This LMS enables students to take into account their learning requirements to create a study plan. It also facilitates experts to devise a plan for e-content.

The procedure to submit the application form is the following:

1. Open the URL (www.cuidol.in).
2. On this webpage, click the Apply Now button.
3. Open the home page of the URL in step 1.
4. Under Register Today, enter the details (such as full name, email ID, mobile number, program and date of birth), and then click Register Now.
   A user ID and password are sent to you through SMS and email.
5. Log in using the user ID and password. You can also use the registered email ID in place of the user ID.
6. Click the Buy Now button.
7. Pay Rs. 500 only as the prospectus fee for the purchase of the soft copy of the prospectus.
   After the payment is successful, you can download the prospectus. Now, the application form gets activated.
8. On the application form, enter your personal information, contact information and qualification details.
9. Pay the amount that is equal to the program fee.
   After the payment is successful, the Document Upload option is activated.
10. Click the Document Upload button.
11. Upload all essential documents and a recent passport size photograph.
12. Click the Submit button.

Only if all documents are clearly visible, CU does the further process of the application form. CU sends the confirmation about successful submission of the application to your email ID and the registered contact number.
