UPES – Centre for Continued Education

UPES’s school for online and distance learning is called the Centre for Continued Education (CCE).

The Uttarakhand State Legislature passed the UPES Act in 2003, which established UPES Centre for Continued Education. UPES offers specialized regular undergraduate and graduate courses that are industry-focused. Some of these courses are for high-growth fields like cloud computing, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics engineering, fine arts, big data analytics, public administration, machine design engineering, computer science, petroleum, graphic and gaming design, and so on.

Under CCE, which has been in operation since 2007, UPES offers 15 online and distance learning programs. It offers online courses as well as open and distance learning programs. Its programs adhere to the same academic standards and curriculum as any other UPES program.

CCE fits in with the university’s main goal, which is to help each student find their own life’s purpose by using knowledge as a compass. Each person has the power to pursue their dreams and passions in a meaningful and responsible way. So, people can choose paths in life that help them achieve their own goals.
