Venkateshwara Open University (VOU) is a non-profit institute run by the dynamic Chancellor, Shri Harpreet Singh Sabharwal, who is its founder. Shri Sabharwal is a passionate and committed person who is channelised by his vow to attain something extraordinary in the domain of higher education that would be advantageous to young people who reside in unreached remote regions and are of low-income financial statuses. His high-level aim is to convert the dream of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (that is, international brotherhood) into a fact. For this, Shri Sabharwal takes the following steps:
