M.Tech. Manufacturing Management is a four-semester Work Integrated Learning Programme designed for working professionals who wish to stand out as technology leaders in the Manufacturing domain, and want to stay competitive in the modern workplace. The programme is of four semesters, with online classes conducted mostly on weekends or after-business hours.Faculty members drawn from academia and industry. The programme focuses on areas such as Additive Manufacturing, Disruptive Innovation, Data Analytics in Operations, and IoT in Manufacturing. Experiential learning adopting gamified simulation content from Harvard Business Publication. Classroom technologies to engage participants during synchronous lectures. Digital content with student notes delivered through an engaging digital platform that supports mobile learning. Active academic discussion forums assisted by tutorial instructors. A two full days intensive bootcamp session to learn and apply contemporary topics such as Design Thinking, Disruptive Innovation, Theory of Constraints, Digital Manufacturing and Judgement in Crisis. An annual conclave to network, learn and share best practices with the leading industry professionals and academicians. Structured work integrated learning exercises (WILe) to translate the classroom learning into workplace improvement.Outcome based analytics that ensure achievement of student learning outcomes at the end of the program tenure.

Minimum eligibility to apply: Employed professionals working in Manufacturing and allied business organizations, holding B Tech., BE, M.Sc, or equivalent in relevant disciplines, with at least 60% aggregate marks and minimum one year of work experience in relevant domains.The programme is designed for highly driven and ambitious professionals who wish to advance their careers in the area of Manufacturing Engineering, and grow into leadership roles with global enterprises.
