- Gain hands-on experience working with and analyzing HR data.
- Understand the dynamics of absenteeism and calculate the direct cost involved (with the help of module ,algorithm).
- Learn to calculate the HR policies and activities ( dashboard using excel).
- To be able to take strategic decisions using predictive analytics in HR.
