The Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration (PGDEA) is a diploma program which focuses on skills in human relationship, problem solving, community relationship and community cooperation. Other topics covered include information technology and its application in educational administration, evaluation methodology and research. The PGDEA program also focuses on the Legal Aspects of Educational Administration and Guidance and Counselling.
At the end of the program the candidates are supposed to complete a Project. Project-based learning is a dynamic approach to teaching in which candidates explore real-world problems and challenges. With this type of active and
engaged learning, candidates shall be inspired to obtain a deeper knowledge of the courses they are studying.
